What is Natural Language Processing? How can it help your organisation better deliver services?

​DataKind UK volunteer and Natural Language Processing expert Heiko Hotz, will be teaching this webinar. Heiko is the founder of AI/ML Consulting, which offers consulting services and training to help organisations accelerate their adoption of AI & Machine Learning.

This is a beginner level talk, which will provide a high-level overview of NLP, which will introduce you to these topics :

  • ​How can you use Q&A models?

  • ​What Large Language Models (LLMs) (like GPT-3 and their open-source counterparts) exist, and how can you use them?
