Who is it for?
The Antler Next-Gen community is designed for exceptional operators with experience at VC-backed companies (Series A - C).
You will have conviction that you want to start your own venture-backed business in the future, although you won't have taken that step yet.
We are looking for operators from a range of functions across Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Product etc. Typical roles might include CTO, Senior Engineers, Head of Product, Chief of Staff, COOs, GTM leaders.
