​After spending a decade in management consulting helping Fortune 500 company leaders grow their businesses, Louisa decided to take a break from corporate America to pursue her personal passions for yoga, spiritual growth and entrepreneurship. She now runs Shanti House, and gets to share movement and mindfulness practices with entrepreneurs in NYC, while helping scale small businesses, organizations, and startups she has a personal connection to.
