🌟 Dr. Trung Bui – A research manager at Adobe’s Creative Intelligence Lab. He previously led the language team at North Side Inc. in Montreal. Dr. Trung Bui earned his PhD at the University of Twente and was a research associate at Stanford for the Study of Language and Information. His research focuses on dialogue management, natural language processing, and AI. With over 50 patents and 100 publications, he’s pushing the boundaries of how machines understand and interact with humans.
🤖 Dr. Hung La – A director of the Advanced Robotics and Automation Lab and Associate Professor at the University of Nevada, Reno. He holds two patents and has published over 160 peer-reviewed papers. His research focuses on autonomous robotic systems for civil infrastructure inspection and intelligent transportation. Dr. La has received the 2023 Established Innovator Award, the 2019 NSF CAREER Award, and the ASCE Charles Pankow Award. He is also a Fulbright Specialist and CTO of Automated Inspection Robots Corporation.
🧬 Dr. Truong-Son Hy – An Assistant Professor in Computer Science at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He earned his PhD from the University of Chicago and previously worked as an AI Scientist at FPT Software AI Center. He also held positions at UC San Diego and Indiana State University. His research focuses on AI for science and engineering, including deep learning for drug discovery, graph neural networks, and deep generative models. He has published over 60 papers in top tier conference and journals.
