Barre + Piloxing
The classic Barre workout with a modern twist, this program takes traditional ballet moves and throws in Pilates and Boxing. It shifts between the slow leg work that improves balance, leans muscles, and strengthens joints, and the intense arm work that builds strong arms and shoulders, increases power, and gets your heart pumping.
Terms & Conditions:
1. The event is limited to Watsons members and Jal members only.
2. Each participant is limited to 2 classes only.
3. Each participant is required to register via the event page and show the confirmation email 15mins before each class.
4. Participants to bring their own mat, face towel, and water bottle.
How to get there:
Monorail: Get off at Medan Tuanku Station and walk 200m to The Row KL.
LRT: Get off at Dang Wangi Station, take exit A, cross the bridge across the canal, cross Jalan Raja Abdullah at the traffic lights, turn left into Jalan Yap Ah Shak, and continue for 100m until you reach The Row KL.
Parking:
