Sauna Sessions & Guided Rituals | All Day
Part detox, part desert confessional, pure fun & renewal—infused with essential oils, gentle stretching, sound baths, performances, and real conversation.
90-min sauna + cold plunge (with 15-min guided segments):

Enjoy San Francisco's newest social spa, Alchemy Springs' Sauna garden. Our outdoor oasis features a large 40 person outdoor communal sauna with immersive sound and lights, cold plunges, fire pit, thermal benches and outdoor shower wall - designed by award winning architect, Olle Lundberg.
As we're still in development, we have temporary changing rooms and lockers, and outdoor open-air showers only.
Please bring your own towels, robe and sandals for this experience. We have a limited quantity for rent upon check in - subject to availability.
