About Event

The experience of many businesses in the last couple of years can be summarised in one word: relentless.

Many have seen workloads increase, whilst at the same time resources have been stretched.

Market volatility, geopolitical uncertainty and organisational change have become constant, with studies showing that many people have been drawn into routines that leave them feeling overwhelmed and fatigued.

In this interactive session, we explore how participants can adapt their daily routines so that they can work more sustainably and effectively.

We will cover principles from elite performers and explore the basics of what a high-performance routine (HPR) looks like in our current context, giving participants a chance to self-assess what’s going well and to reset where necessary.
