Time for a lil’ book club! Put on your fancy sweatpants, have a glass of something toasty and grab your laptop to join us from your happy place to talk about Atomic Habits by James Clear.

Whether you’ve read the book, listened to the now-infamous Brené Brown podcast interview with the author, or are just curious to learn more about it, we’re getting together for a guided discussion on all the basics of making and breaking habits that Clear shares in his book: developing identity-based habits, setting up systems, creating environments to support the habits we want to have, and of course, consistency.

P.S. No need to have read all of the book to join the discussion! We’ll ensure everybody who is interested in this topic can participate in the conversation. At the very least, we’d recommend listening to this podcast interview before our hang 🎙
