About Event

Learn a quick 10 to 20 minute gentle Svaroopa-inspired yoga sequence that you can do daily to relieve a whole variety of back issues. Gain awareness and capacity to unfurl your tailbone, widen your sacrum, and possibly even reshape the arches of your feet, all without ordinary stretching. In the process, perhaps, begin the process of kundalini awakening and somatically ase attachments to fixed ways of seeing the world.

Background: They say there are no magic bullets. But it seems my life has been improved by one magic bullet after another. After six years of chronic SI joint pain that would wake me up daily, I was recommended an esoteric style of yoga called Svaroopa, which got me, and several of my friends, from seeing a chiropractor/osteopath three days a week to being able to get myself to 0/10 pain consistently. I have since been ableyo help a handful of others suffering from chronic back pain, with 8 out of 10 able to gain a significant improvement.
