Do you struggle with back pain? Have you tried a number of things to fix it without success? Have you tired painkillers, physio, massage or yoga before with no lasting results? These solutions can be helpful and they can also make the pain worse.
After I injured my back at work I suffered for years with lower back pain. Being unable to work I was depressed until I discovered some unique stretches combined with breathing techniques that started to bring me back to health!
Some days the pain was much worse than others and a few times I overdid it and ended up hurting myself. However, through trial and error plus years of study and personal practice I've developed a highly effective Yoga for Back Pain protocol that includes a combination of strength, flexibility and balancing postures done slowly and safely.
I'm recruiting case study participants to join me and a small group of students to learn how to help self manage your back pain without relying on painkillers.
We'll meet on Saturday and Sunday evenings on zoom for a 1-hour class plus a Q&A. No experience required, everyone with interest is welcome.
