Meet Your Hosts

Abby Frost is a health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) with nearly 20 years of experience leading teams and coaching individuals. As a behavior change specialist, she helps clients build sustainable habits in pursuit of their wellness visions. When she’s not coaching, she’s wrangling her two kids and too many furbabies. She lives outside NYC, loves a sweaty HIIT workout followed by a spicy margarita, and will pick soup over salad every time.

Kasia Wood is a career coach, business strategist, and passionate advocate for doing fulfilling work in a way that actually works for you. She helps professionals navigate career transitions with confidence and clarity without burning out in the process. A present mom to two energetic boys, an obsession with tennis, and a corgi enthusiast, Kasia shares Abby’s love for spicy margaritas and believes that success starts with alignment between your career and your well-being.
