Bands, Buggies & Brunch x Stretch & Stroll🍽️💪🏽
Workout • Walk • Picnic

Join us for a soul-nourishing morning designed just for mums! We're teaming up with Stretch & Stroll, the amazing walking club for mums, to bring you the ultimate feel-good event.

Start your day with an energising post-partum friendly glutes and core workout, followed by a scenic group walk where you can connect with fellow mums, and wrap it all up with a beautiful picnic lovingly curated by Mother Supper and goody bags worth £40+ from some of our favourite brands: Nalas Baby, Childs Farm, Mustela, More Nutrition and The Ordinary!

Think movement, fresh air, real conversation, and delicious food, all in one morning.

📍 Meeting Point

​We’ll meet between 10:00-10:15am outside the Victoria Park, Royal Gate West entrance on Grove Road, then head over to our workout spot together which is a 2-3 minutes walk away. The park entrance is just opposite the pub called 111 Lauriston Road.

​10:00am Arrival (find a spot, and settle the bubbas)

10:30-11:15 am workout and stretch

​11:15am-11:45 am 3k Walk

​12-1:30pm Mother Supper Brunch picnic

​Join us for a fun pre and post natal friendly resistance band workout designed especially for mums – buggies welcome! Whether you're a new mama or a seasoned pro, this session is all about moving your body, building strength, and boosting those happy hormones in a supportive, child-friendly environment (you can also come alone).

After the workout? We brunch! 🥐

Expect your own beautifully curated brunch box by Mother Supper @youmothersupper. Brunch Box includes:

🥐 Deli Bagel
🥐 Cinnamon Bun
🥐 Passion Fruit & Granola Yoghurt Pot
🥐 Chocolate Chip Banana Loaf
