In this edition, we speak with Lucy Hoffman, Co-founder and COO at Carry1st, a mobile games publisher scaling access to games and other interactive content across Africa. In December 2021, Carry1st raised a $20M Series A extension. The round represented a16z's first investment in an Africa-headquartered company.
