CNY Women’s Wellness Fest
The CNY Women’s Network, in partnership with Associates for Women's Medicine, proudly presents the 2025 CNY Women’s Wellness Fest.
Join women from across Central New York at Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique for a full-day, retreat-style event centered around holistic well-being, beauty, and self-care.
You’ll spend the day recharging with mind-body experiences like cryotherapy, LED mini facials, and an oxygen bar. There will also be plenty of light bites, refreshments, and opportunities to connect with other women throughout the day, as well as a full lunch buffet.
You’ll also have time to explore local, women-led wellness brands, and try optional add-on services like float therapy, halotherapy, aesthetic treatments, and more!
