AGENDA
1. Welcome & Introduction (15 mins)
Brief overview of workshop goals.
Icebreaker: Quick introductions and sharing one personal goal or vision for their startup/business.
2. Mission & Vision Basics (15 mins)
Presentation on the importance of mission and vision statements.
Key differences between mission and vision.
Examples of effective mission and vision statements.
3. Breakout Room Activity: Personal Reflection (20 mins)
Split into small groups for personal reflection and discussion.
Each participant shares their current mission and vision.
Discuss: What motivates you about your mission/vision? How do they align with your values?
4. 5-Minute Challenge: What’s On Your Website? (10 mins)
Participants outline what will be on their website in 5 minutes.
Mention key pages (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact) and features aligning with their mission and vision.
Breakout Room Sharing (5 mins):
Share website outlines in small groups for quick feedback.
Group Discussion (5 mins):
Volunteers share one participant’s website outline with the larger group.

Explain the purpose of a domain and web hosting.
Brief overview of Hostinger’s hosting options.
7. Purchasing Hosting on Hostinger (20 mins)
Guide participants through selecting and purchasing a hosting plan (be prepared to spend $35-$100).
Walkthrough of creating a Hostinger account and completing the purchase (Don’t worry, domain selection can be done later).
8. Setting Up Professional Email (15 mins)
Demonstrate how to set up a custom email via Hostinger.
Explain the benefits of a branded email for business professionalism.
9. Picking and Customizing a Template (15 mins)
Show how to browse and select a template on Hostinger or WordPress.
Brief demo on customizing the chosen template (adding basic text/images).
10. Adding Instagram Link (10 mins)
Explain the importance of linking social media to the website.
Show participants how to add their Instagram handle/icon to their website.
11. Time to Work: Hands-On Website Building (30 mins)
Participants customize their website templates.

She’s a dedicated advocate for empowering women, with over 5 years of experience supporting them through her work in nonprofits. As COO of Women Founders Bay, Natalie continues to champion women’s initiatives. Driven by her passion for service, she also helps individuals build their legacy projects through coaching and mentorship via her coaching business Not Too Crazy.
