ACT's neutral forum brings together agents, brokers, carriers, technology providers, and other industry groups, all united by a passion for helping independent agents leverage technology to enhance their unique business strategies.
In September of 2024, we launched the “Letter to the Industry” initiative at a major event. These roundtable discussions with key stakeholders aimed to draft an "op-ed style" letter addressing the challenges faced by independent insurance agents. The fruitful conversations led to multiple “letters” centered on four key pillars: Data, Connectivity, Artificial Intelligence, and People/Culture.
Our InsurTech Insights workshop will build on these discussions, continuing the dialogue under the theme “Letters to the Industry - The Next Page.”
