​Tribe is excited to bring our first T-Group series to you this Winter! 🍵❄️

​T-Group is a relational practice where a small group gathers each week to explore interpersonal growth and foster emotional intelligence through facilitated conversations over tea. Each series is designed to be a supportive container for deep self-reflection and intimate connection.

​For this specific T-Group series, we’re focusing on the theme "Inside Out," diving into the core emotions from the Inside Out films. Each week, we’ll focus on exploring one specific emotion through facilitated discussions and reflections.

​Participants will have the opportunity to explore their inner world and form meaningful connections with fellow members. This series offers a unique opportunity to join a small, intimate group where vulnerability is celebrated, gain new perspectives on your emotional landscape, and grow together in a warm, judgment-free environment.

​Things to keep in mind:

• ​T-Group is meant to be a safe space for participants to explore, share, and process. 🔄

• ​Please show up with a posture of openness, curiosity, and respect. 🌿✨

• ​We will provide hot tea for participants. 🍵

• ​Please bring your journal and pen with you. 📖🖊️

• ​Each week, we'll touch on a different emotion.
  

​Attendance requirements:

• ​To protect the integrity and intimacy of T-Group, we have placed strict requirements for attendance. Please only register for the series if you can commit to honoring your commitment to the group to show up on time each week.
  

• ​Participants are required to attend at least 6 of the 8 sessions. The group will warm up and grow together throughout the series.
  

• ​The sessions will start promptly at 7pm. To avoid disrupting the group's discussion, late arrivals after 7.15pm will not be permitted to enter the space.
  

• ​To protect the group, no shows and last-minute cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the start of session will lead to guests not being allowed to join the remainder of the series.

  • ​Please update your RSVP within Luma more than 48 hours prior to the start time of a session if you can't make it.

  • ​We can make exceptions for one-off medical and family emergencies that occur less than 48 hours prior to the start of a session. Please email your host asap if this is the case.

    • ​No other reasons qualify for an exception.

​About your host

​Alexandra’s journey is a testament to her deep understanding of the power of authentic human connection. From living nomadically and facing unexpected loneliness to finding solace and transformation through T-group practices, her personal evolution has shaped her into a compassionate leader with a mission to create spaces for meaningful connection.

​Her experience with T-group—a relational practice taught at Stanford Business School that fosters interpersonal growth and emotional intelligence—has given her the tools to guide others toward deeper, more vulnerable interactions. Her success in launching a community center in Berkeley further highlights her dedication to helping individuals find belonging and support, even amidst challenges like the pandemic.

​With her background in coaching, facilitating T-group, and collaborating with a network of skilled facilitators, Alexandra is uniquely positioned to lead the Inside Out T-Group. Her ability to cultivate trust, foster self-awareness, and design thoughtful programming ensures that participants will not only connect with others but also experience personal growth. Alexandra’s vision, warmth, and expertise make her the ideal guide to nurture this space for exploration and connection 🍵✨.
