Pen to Paper: Crafting Words
This workshop is all about unleashing your creativity and finding your voice through play, adventure, and risk-taking. We'll start with a grounding meditation before moving into fun and challenging writing exercises to ease you out of your comfort zone and encourage you to experiment with poetic forms, freewriting, and unconventional storytelling techniques.
In this workshop, led by Rachel, we’ll explore how the myths of life reveal deeper meanings and shape our stories. Through writing exercises and discussions, you’ll craft narratives that challenge perceptions and uncover universal truths hidden within the human experience.
This will be a safe space for creative expression without judgment. We will have ample opportunity to share work or personal experiences to explore vulnerability, language, humor, poetry, and storytelling.
Bring a journal, pen, and curiosity for the unwritten!
