He guides Product Managers and Leaders in navigating strategic decisions. Christoph supports them through 1-on-1 sessions, workshops, and tailored training formats. Leveraging his background in design, he often uses visual mapping tools to create a shared understanding.
Pre-workshop reminders
This is a live workshop (not a webinar)! You'll therefore be required and expected to both participate in a group setting and do individual activities.
For a smooth experience, you'll need to join using Google Chrome since we'll be using a combination of tools (Miro, zoom, Gdocs, etc)
Make sure you are in a quite space as this you'll do some deep thinking. If joining with a partner, have them join live (together/in-person) with you or have a smooth way (previously set up) to be collaborating with them.
