Sunday Reset Yoga + Brunch
Start your morning with movement, mindfulness, and connection at our Sunday Reset Yoga + Brunch, a new event series focused on wellness and community. Whether you're an experienced yogi or brand new to the practice, this session is all about taking time for yourself while sharing the experience with others.
Guided by Caitie from Full Soul Nutrition, we’ll begin with an all-levels yoga class at She’s Lost Control (42 Valentine Rd) with guided journaling. Afterward, we’ll take a 2km walk together to Aya and Suki, where we’ll enjoy brunch with amazing food, coffee, and smoothies.
What’s Included
A guided yoga session with Caitie from Full Soul Nutrition.
A group walk to continue the conversation and unwind.
A welcoming space to connect with others over brunch.
Additional Information
Yoga mats will be provided.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga.
There will be space for bags and coats.
Brunch is not included—guests will need to plan to purchase their own food and drinks.
The Plan
11:00 AM - 11:15 AM – Arrive at She’s Lost Control (42 Valentine Rd) and meet the group.
11:15 AM - 12:15 PM – Yoga class with Caitie.
12:15 PM - 12:30 PM – Cool down and get ready for the walk.
12:30 PM - 1:00 PM – Group walk (~2km) to Aya and Suki.
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM – Brunch and socializing

No smoking or vaping inside the venue. Respect is non-negotiable—any harassment will result in removal.
