About Event

We’re two female founders, also authors, excited to share our personal journeys of self-discovery and how they led us to create Selftalk—a mental health platform for self-therapy. Through our collaboration with top psychologists, we design self-therapy programs, called "journeys," to help people address their challenges independently. For instance, our burnout prevention specialist, Nicola, has created a self-therapy journey specifically for professionals facing burnout.
