About the panel:
Chelsea Karaolis
After dropping out of college early, Chelsea was driven by a desire to build a different future from the one she knew growing up on a council estate in North West London. Finding her way into recruitment, she went on to partner with some of the world’s leading financial services firms. After a decade in the industry, Chelsea felt a lack of purpose and founded Unify – a recruitment agency on a mission to connect overlooked and underrepresented talent with meaningful opportunities. She brings lived experience and industry insight to champion equity and inclusion where it's needed most.
