About Matt
Matt Karakilic is a seasoned UX design leader and coach, dedicated to supporting designers at every stage of their careers, whether they’re aiming for a promotion or navigating the job search. Through his coaching, Matt helps UX professionals and entrepreneurs develop user-focused products and build their careers. He also actively consults under Omnia Consulting Ltd., offering UX audits and a range of UX services to companies across industries.

​With 15+ years of experience at leading organizations such as Hitachi Energy, autoTRADER, BestBuy, and SAP, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. He mentors at top institutions like Vancouver Film School and BCIT, and contributes to the broader UX community through his work with the User Experience Professional Association (UXPA). His blend of hands-on experience and leadership makes him a trusted figure in the UX field.
