About Event

Join Jaclyn for a 60 minute vinyasa slow flow. Filled with creative transitions, challenging asanas, and space for mindfulness.

Together you will work through discomfort to better understand your body and learn your limitations. Where there’s discomfort, there’s growth.

Jaclyn’s main focus when guiding each class is to channel intentional breathing to fuel movement.
