​Join us while we break down period stigmas and taboos at Knix Queen Street. The Pelvic Health Experts at WellBe will be in store with a fun yet educational workshop on all things period. You’ll leave with all the information you need to tackle your cycle with confidence. Plus! Teens will walk away with a custom pouch of period essentials to keep with them at school or on the go!

​Please note that this workshop is aimed at teens. Parents/guardians are welcome to participate with their teens, and we ask that you register as well to secure your own spot. We also suggest wearing comfortable clothing as there will be a movement portion to the workshop.
