A personal resilience practice.

Why should we uncover our feelings? We will talk about it.

This is NOT group therapy. It is an opportunity to dig in to your own feelings, ask questions of yourself, and feel community connection with other concerned folx. Saying the quiet part out loud is empowering.

Climate Circles are a system of CLIMA-unity.

Coming together in a Circle like this, gives each participant a chance to simply listen to perspectives of others. How does the changing climate, and everything before it, during, and the aftermath of its wrath— how do each of us take this into our continuum of understanding the natural and built world.

Understanding.

Our 3-step approach is something to be practiced over time. We hope you will consider joining others from the upper left corner of Turtle Island to give yourself grace, to practice "self" personal boundaries, and prioritize self-care in community with others.

TOPICS format

Each of our facilitators choose their format. For this one, host Drew will lead Circle-ists through their "monologues" about how they feel about protesting. It's natural to feel apprehension about attending.

"Some HML (humans like me) feel this way too and then, for me, I experience guilt for not attending, FOMO (fear of missing out) and then I feel regret when I see images and hear from others about their experience. My initial feelings of fear are valid, I need to listen to that, and it should not be diminished, nor should I have to defend myself to others, nor give in to outside pressure to attend. But that doesn't come easy for me."

Come to this Circle, and hear your story told by others. Feel better in a safe Circle.
