Our work as communicators is often in the spotlight (and hopefully for the right reasons), but we often remain behind the scenes. So, T2B is bringing you backstage for a new series of meet and greets.

BACKSTAGE CAFE: LAUNCHES THAT LAST

The T2B community was afire last spring with surprise and admiration for whoever was behind the launch of buzzy AI player Xaira. The media strategy focused on exclusives – an anomaly, straying from the typical playbook.

We set out to find who was behind it.

It turns out that FGS Global Managing Director Morgan Warners not only supported Xaira’s debut, but he’s also advised some of our sector’s best-known startups on their launches and corporate reputation: Morgan managed the high-profile Altos Labs leak when that company wasn’t quite ready to emerge from stealth, and his team also led HI-Bio’s comms strategy from inception through its recent Biogen acquisition.

In this virtual café, exclusive to the T2B community, Morgan will highlight considerations he and his team weigh to set companies up for long-term success, regardless of those initial launch circumstances. There'll also be time for audience Q&A.

*This session will NOT be recorded.

Morgan Warners works with leading organizations in health, life science and higher education to achieve their communications objectives. These often relate to reputation, public affairs, crisis and complex communications, corporate communications, competitive positioning and new company launches. He uses an integrated strategic approach to develop, oversee and execute strategies that boost brands and advance key priorities. Morgan's clients include respected venture capitalists, leading biotech startups, top research institutions and more.

Before joining FGS Global (f/k/a Finsbury Glover Hering and Glover Park Group), he helped U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren build the most inclusive grassroots campaign in Massachusetts history.
