✨🌿 Imagine what it would feel like to move through life with more ease, self-compassion, and confidence—without the weight of self-doubt holding you back.

This Sensitive Sanctuary Circle is an invitation to pause, reflect, and transform the way you relate to your inner critic. Instead of battling the voice that doubts, judges, or holds you back, you’ll learn how to meet it with love—to listen, understand, and shift into a more compassionate, encouraging inner dialogue.

So often, our inner critic is mistaken for truth, when in reality, it’s a voice shaped by fear, past experiences, and unhealed wounds. Together, we’ll explore how to recognize its deeper needs and gently rewrite the limiting beliefs that keep us playing small.

What We’ll Explore Together:
Understand your inner critic—where it comes from and why it shows up.
Uncover the deeper fears and unmet needs beneath self-criticism.
Transform limiting beliefs into supportive, empowering truths.
Cultivate self-compassion through guided reflections, journaling, and discussion.
Practice tools to shift from self-judgment to self-encouragement.

This is a space for exploration, healing, and rewriting the stories that no longer serve you. You don’t need to have it all figured out—just bring an open heart and a willingness to listen to yourself in a new way.
