Join WeMoa every Wednesday evening from 19-20:00 for "Mittwochs in Moabit," a free community run designed for anyone who loves to get moving! This isn't just any run—it's an energetic interval workout where we push our limits together. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, you'll find that sweating it out as a group makes the effort feel more like fun. This class is catered to nearly all fitness levels. There is a basic level of health and fitness required for participation.
We’ll kick off with a warm-up session, followed by interval training for all levels that gets your heart pumping, and wrap up with a cool-down and stretching. Afterward, stick around for some casual conversation and light refreshments, making new friends and connecting with fellow runners.
