In today’s dynamic tech industry, the pressure to constantly perform often comes at the expense of our well-being. Following the success of our two previous workshops (which were sold out), our third workshop offers a deeper dive into the psychology of motivation and burnout. 💫

We will explore why we're so driven to the point of exhaustion and provide hands-on techniques to reclaim your energy. You will have the opportunity to reconnect with your inner purpose, learn to recognise your body's early warning signs of stress, and master practical tools like breathwork and boundary setting to build a sustainable career with meaningful purpose, motivation, and more joy in life. 🎯

Also, we come together to create a safe space for everyone to share and feel connected  and normalise the feeling of isolation or criticism around talking about and addressing 'burnout' and 'low energy.'

💙 Agenda (3.5 hours)

This is our guiding agenda. We will go with the flow and spend as much time on each point as we need. No stress! 🥰

Also, there will be drinks, snacks, and refreshments to ensure we are all well-hydrated and that our brain has enough fuel for the whole workshop. 🍎

Part 1: The "Why" Behind the Hustle

We will start by exploring your personal psychological drivers for success. Through a guided journaling exercise and small-group discussions, you will uncover your core motivations and learn to distinguish between external rewards and genuine purpose.

Part 2: Decoding Your Body’s Burnout Signals

This section focuses on increasing your self-awareness. You will learn to identify the early warning signs of stress by understanding your nervous system's "fight-or-flight" response. We'll explore common psychological traps in the tech industry, and use a self-assessment tool to pinpoint where you are on the "Burnout Spectrum."

Part 3: Reclaiming Your Energy

This hands-on session is all about practical tools to manage the "always-on" mindset.

  • Breathwork: You will learn how to use your breath to actively shift your body from a stressed to a calm state. 

  • Boundaries: We will explore why it's so difficult to say "no" and provide you with actionable communication strategies to protect your energy and time.

Part 4: Your Personalized Plan for Lasting Well-being

In this final part, you will synthesize everything you've learned. Through a values clarification exercise, you will create a personalized "One-Thing" action plan—a small, achievable change you can implement immediately. We will conclude with a guided meditation to help you visualize a future of both productivity and peace.

Please arrive 15 minutes early, to settle in, have a cup of tea or coffee, to get to know the group and get comfortable.

​Presenting our Workshop Expert: Darinka Burovska

Meet Your Facilitator: Darinka

​Darinka is a Product Manager and Mindfulness Coach who brings a wealth of experience both in the tech industry and personal development. After a transformative healing journey from burnout, she has dedicated herself to sharing the insights from her personal journey in order to help others rediscover their authentic self, reconnect with their values, and live a more fulfilling life.

​With years of experience as a Product Manager, Darinka has worked in several fast-paced and dynamic startups and companies, with a high-pressure environment, which has given her an understanding of navigating challenging situations.
