What time will the event start and end?
The venue is open from 10:30AM to 7PM.
What access do Speaker & Press tickets grant?
Press & Speakers will have access to the Press Room on the 2nd Floor of the Waterside Building.
If I don’t have a ticket can I still attend the event?
If we are not at capacity, we will invite you to register on our Luma page on-site to be granted access.
I don’t want to be photographed at Avalanche House | Istanbul. How do I let the event officials know?
Ask the Avalanche House team at registration to provide you with a yellow lanyard to wear. This lanyard will signal to official Avalanche House photographers that you do not want to be photographed.
Will there be food and beverages provided on-site?
Lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided throughout the day during open hours. Please bring a reusable water bottle, as we will have water stations onsite.
Will there be parking on site?
Parking is very limited. We recommend taking a ride share or walking to the venue from the Ortaköy-Kabataş Erkek Lisesi bus station.
Will there be a coat check?
Yes, there will be a coat check downstairs in the Main Stage building next to the muralist.
Will there be storage or lockers on site?
No, you are responsible for carrying and watching all your belongings except for your coats.
Do you have private meeting rooms on site?
No, we do not have meeting rooms onsite and cannot provide one for you.
Where is the lost and found?
The lost and found desk will be located at the Main Entrance Registration located next to the Main Stage Building.
Will there be charging stations at Avalanche House | Istanbul?
Due to security concerns, we will not have charging stations.
Will Avalanche House | Istanbul live-streamed?
No, the event will not be live-streamed however we will publish all speaking sessions on our YouTube page the weeks following the event.
