Steep in Spring Renewal : Tea Meditation

​Join us as we co-create a special tea circle along side SonoBreasts in Santa Monica. SonoBreasts is a ultrasound clinic and wellness space that caters to the comfort and health of women. We will share in a meditative tea ceremony inviting in the abundance of spring renewal, relax into reiki energy healing with Jasmine, and end our time communing together. This event is open to all!

​We believe tea to be one of the great unifiers. We believe that having the opportunity to sit with tea, especially in community, can help people remember their inherent connection to themselves and to each other, to remember that we were once – and still are – all one. We believe in peace through tea.

​​Please dress comfortably. Cushions will be provided for seating, but if you have a specific cushion you feel most comfortable with, please feel free! No experience or knowledge of tea necessary. We will be drinking caffeinated tea, but 1/3 of the caffeination rinses off in the wash and is given to the plants!
