Talk 1: "Product Experimentation at Grab"
At Grab, where millions of daily transactions span ride-hailing, food delivery, payments, and more across Southeast Asia, experimentation isn't just a practice—it's the engine driving our product evolution. This talk pulls back the curtain on how Southeast Asia's leading super app leverages sophisticated A/B testing frameworks to make data-driven decisions at unprecedented scale, sharing practical insights into building robust testing infrastructure and fostering cross-functional collaboration between data teams and product teams. Through a real-world case study and exploration of future challenges, we'll demonstrate how experimentation has directly shaped our product strategy and user experience.

Important Note
❗️❗️ Due to overwhelming response, we highly recommend you come early to grab some free food and a seat due to limited food and seating capacity. Apologies in advance if we lack food and seating for everyone!
❗️ Registration is required to ensure enough seats and F&B is prepared and overall the space can comfortably accommodate everybody
❗️No-shows will contribute to food wastage and may cause delays in the meetup
For example, we'd have to add more chairs if there are a lot more people
Another example, we'd like to start the meetup when most have arrived, and we won't know what "most" means if you don't RSVP and check-in
📖 This meetup is open to all audiences (from fresh grads to veterans), don't let the "Recommended Audience" in the Talk description discourage you from joining, as long as the talks are interesting to you, join us, upskill yourself and meet other like-minded people in the crowd :)
