Austin AI Community Hackathon - Hosted by AITX & webAI
The 2nd Austin AI Community Hackathon!
Join AITX and webAI for a weekend of heads down building and collaboration with some of the top developers in Austin's growing engineering community.
Upon approval, participants will receive a series of Hackathon Guides via email, packed with essential information about judging criteria, available compute resources, and project guidelines to help you hit the ground running.
Tracks for the Hackathon include:
Red Hat AI Open Source Track: Best submission of tools that enable easier access to open source AI.
Local Track: Best submission leveraging infrastructure provided by Austin-based companies. If you are a local company interested in getting local engineers building on your platform, please reach out to team@aitxcommunity.com
Agents Track: Best submission built utilizing AI agents capable of independent, meaningful action.
Llama Track: Submissions leveraging Meta's open source Llama models.
Community Choice: Best submission as voted by fellow participants and attendees at Hack Fair.
It all culminates in Hack Fair - a science fair-style showcase where participants will demo their submission to the community, including local investors, operators, and potential collaborators, for a chance to win the Community Choice Prize.
Huge thanks to our sponsors - this Hackathon would not be happening without them.
