Preethy Padmanabhan is an investor with Portfolia, How Women Invest, and serves as a Board Director for Nextstem.ai and board advisor for Sendoso.
She is a seasoned technology executive with experience across engineering, sales, and marketing. She is currently the VP, of Marketing at Bidgely. Her past roles include Sr.Dir, Platform Marketing at Freshworks, VP of Marketing at Panzura, and Director of Marketing at Nutanix.
She hosts the 10X Growth Strategies podcast and has featured popular Silicon Valley CXOs and investors as guests.
She has served on various non-profit boards focused on economic empowerment, women, children, and education. Preethy also enjoys singing, meditating, and traveling.
Dr. Jyothi Devakumar, Venture Consultant, Partner, and Managing Partner in small and mid-sized venture funds.
Dr. Jyothi earned a PhD in biotechnology from India as a CSIR fellow and specialized in in-vivo delivery systems during her postdoctoral research in France. She then ventured into entrepreneurship as the scientific founder and Chief Scientific Officer of three consecutive startups in Malaysia, Singapore, and the US.
Dr. Devakumar is currently the founder and CEO of Healthy Vignettes, a healthcare AI company that develops LLM-based tools to improve patient-physician engagement and clinical decision support through patient digital clones.
Additionally, she is in the process of launching a venture vehicle focused on AI in healthcare, leveraging her expertise in both the healthcare and venture capital sectors.
Niamh (Neeve) O'Donnell is the Director of Programs at Unusual Ventures, a leading early-stage firm managing over $1B.
She is an award-winning entrepreneur and dynamic venture capital professional with experience across four funds and an MSc from The University of Notre Dame.
Niamh curates tailored programming and resources to help founders thrive, focusing on investments in Data Infrastructure, AI, Developer Tools, Vertical SaaS, and FinTech, with a portfolio that includes companies like Arctic Wolf, Carta, and Harness.
Previously, Niamh was Co-Investor Relations Lead at 500 Global, managing over $2.7B in assets and supporting companies like Canva and Reddit. She also led early-stage investments at Enterprise Ireland, focusing on ICT startups in the Western US.
