About Event
This panel will explore why philanthropic action hasn't kept pace with the urgency of climate change despite communities having viable solutions ready for implementation. The Just Returns Project research initiative investigates this disconnect and highlights how philanthropy can better align with and accelerate community-based climate solutions. This project was by created by Climate Justice Alliance (CJA), the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy (NCRP), and the Tishman Environment and Design Center at The New School (TEDC).
