In this first Master Class of 2022, we'll do a deep dive into A to B—and how to create B-Prime. You'll learn how to talk about A to B with clients, but the focus of this Master Class is on setting yourself up for creating B-Prime in 2022.

Why I'm charging for this Master Class
Last year, I made the Coaching From Essence program completely free. I also offered a number of Master Classes without charge. Lots of people registered for the programs, but only a third or a half showed up. Those who did often didn't stay for the whole program (there was no requirement to be committed for the duration). This made it very difficult to have people work together since you might start an exercise at the beginning of the workshop only to have your partner disappear by the end.
I'm committed to creating value for you. The Coaching From Essence community and program will continue to be completely free, but this year I'm focused on growing the community of coaches who are committed to doing real work, who will show up powerfully to support each other. To participate in this workshop, please plan on attending for the full two hours.
