​WHO IS JASMINE SOKKO?

Jasmine Sokko 楚晴 is a multi-hyphenate creative director, music producer, and singer-songwriter in Singapore.

​Draped in monochromatic ensemble, Sokko has carved out a niche for herself with her unique soundscapes like “"TIRED," "HURT," and "#0000FF” and the newly released “CYBER RITUAL”, earning acclaim from billboard, NME and time out. In 2019, she made history as the first Singaporean artist to win an award at the MTV EMA for best southeast Asian act, following her impressive fourth-place finish in the finals of rave now (the biggest reality electronic music show in China). Sokko was also chosen as the first Singaporean to beam up the billboard in Times Square, NYC for Spotify’s global equal campaign.

​Sokko's artistic vision is shaped by the rich tapestry of her Singapore multiracial upbringing and her love for gaming. Through her music, she creates a fictional world that blends Asian heritage with science fiction, resulting in a unique musical experience. Her music not only makes for an interesting listen, but also showcases a creative instinct honed over many years of curiosity.
