​Ashley Gallman Williams leads Host Community engagement and connection at Airbnb, building a thriving global community of hospitality entrepreneurs who are committed to fostering belonging.

Previously she led the Community Outreach Team at website platform Wix.com, creating global programs to provide free resources and support to Wix users, connect with target audiences, and increase user engagement. Her passion is developing people-powered programs that empower communities to mobilize, collaborate, and self-sustain.
