Kevin Kuklis is the founder of Titan Premier, a real estate investment and development firm headquartered in College Station, Texas. The boutique firm focuses primarily on higher end residential real estate and small to medium sized commercial properties. Titan has gained a reputation for repositioning infill properties by preforming large scale renovations and new build construction. They also specialize in creating and developing rural acreage into buildable lots for their clients and customers.
In a career approaching nearly two decades, Kevin has been involved with the acquisition, sale, development, financing, and leasing of commercial and residential properties. His experience includes apartments, office buildings, shopping centers, and subdivision development. He currently oversees the development, construction, and property management of all new and existing projects. The company is active in the greater Bryan/College Station market and surrounding areas, and also has interests in northern Minnesota.
Jeremy Efferding, a former ITA All-American and ATP professional tennis player, served as the assistant men's tennis coach at Georgia Tech before transitioning full-time into real estate. He is currently the co-founder of Embark Rentals, a company he started in 2021 with fellow Texas A&M alumnus Shane Vinsant. Since its inception, Embark Rentals has grown to manage over 30 Airbnbs, including five owned by Efferding and Vinsant, with a focus in the Brazos Valley and expansion into Kentucky and Minnesota.
Shane Vinsant, a multi-time All-American and former ATP professional tennis player, served as the assistant men's tennis coach at Texas A&M before transitioning into the real estate industry. Alongside fellow Texas A&M alumnus Jeremy Efferding, he co-founded Embark Rentals in 2021.
In addition to their Airbnb management business, Efferding and Vinsant also launched Workhorse Window Company, providing window replacement services across the Brazos Valley.
