Bill co-founded XING, one of Europe's largest professional networking platforms. As a co-founder, he played a crucial role in the company's growth, leading to its successful listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 2006 with a value of €250 million. Under his leadership, XING's market capitalization grew to over €1 billion by the time of his departure.
