Join Daniela Deiosso for this two-day A.R.T.® 1 Practical Workshop at the Klinghardt Institute in Brighton, UK and master the essential practical techniques to create a strong foundation for successful A.R.T. testing and diagnosis.
This A.R.T. 1 practical training workshop will take you through the foundational skills and techniques, giving you the practical focus to refine and feel confident with your A.R.T. testing.
Throughout the weekend there will be short lectures, demonstrations and plenty of opportunity for practice, running systematically through the A.R.T. flow and techniques with guidance and correction from Daniela so that you should feel confident that you are getting accurate and reliable testing results.
Concentrating on the needs of the students present, you’ll have the opportunity to practice together throughout these two days in groups according to your current level of skill. You'll be learning the most up to date A.R.T. techniques, bringing you up to date with the latest methods and the way that A.R.T. has evolved in this post-covid era.
Please note: this is a Practical Training Workshop open to existing students as well as beginners.
What will be covered?
You will be learning and practising the all-important basic skills that are key to ensure you have a firm foundation to build upon. The content may vary depending on the needs of those present but will include:
The A.R.T. Initial Testing Position
Correct positioning of tools and people
The correct arm test technique
Calibrating the arm to get the correct baseline
How to tell the difference between the strong arm and the weak arm
The A.R.T. Organ Scan
Assessing Open or Blocked Regulation
Opening Regulation when Someone is Blocked
Acupressure Points for Unblocking Regulation
The Yin State, Yin Mudra and Vagus Test
Food Allergy Testing with A.R.T.
Testing for Neurogenic Switching
Mental Field Technique (MFT) Tapping Points
There will be plenty of hands-on practice with correction and advice to enhance your diagnostic skills and confidence with A.R.T.
Who is this for?
Beginners new to A.R.T. who want to learn the practical skills and techniques.
Current A.R.T. students, especially those learning A.R.T. online
This workshop is also an excellent refresher for seasoned A.R.T. practitioners to check their foundational A.R.T. skills, making sure your testing is up to date and that no bad habits have crept in!
Please note that this programme does not take the place of the full A.R.T. 1 online programme. To proceed to A.R.T. 2 it is necessary to take the A.R.T. 1 Online Programme (one has just started on 24th June - booking closes on 30th June), the next will be starting on 20th January 2026 - there will be a discounted price for those attending this workshop).

Lunch is not included - we advise that you bring your own lunch as we'll only have an hour and there are limited options close by. There is a small supermarket about 10 mins walk away if you need to buy any food. Organic, gluten-free snacks and tea, coffee and water will be provided in the coffee breaks.
