Reflect & Connect: A Journaling Workshop for World Mental Health Day
Join Us for World Mental Health Day: An Evening of Reflection and Connection
On October 10th, we invite you to a special workshop at Arlo in Nomad Manhattan, dedicated to honoring World Mental Health Day.
This event is designed to foster intentional reflection and create a cozy space for self-care, while also supporting a meaningful cause.
This workshop offers a warm and inviting space for deep healing and personal growth. Participants will leave with practical tools for journaling that foster self-reflection and mindfulness, enabling them to connect with their true selves. Through guided prompts and community support, you'll explore your thoughts and feelings, creating a solid foundation for emotional well-being while leaving room for expansion and growth.
Ten percent of ticket sales will be donated to a mental health organization selected by those that are in attendance at the workshop, reinforcing our commitment to mental wellness in our community. In addition, we will also be providing an in-depth print out sheet for a range of resources to advocating for taking care of our community, and brains/heart.
