I’ve been living across the world of these pop-ups and novel startup societies and settlements. From Neom and Prospera to Solana Hacker Houses and Zuzalu, I’ve spent the last couple of years understanding both what’s possible and what’s present.
And right now, there is nowhere better to start building permanently than Network School (“NS”).
Led by Balaji, the founder of The Network State, NS is truly a place to level up - providing accommodation, all food, coworking, health, fitness & far more as part of a simple monthly subscription.
It’s hardly a bad place: a beautiful Sultan-owned, beachfront hotel will be our home for short (<3 month) stays, with apartment buildings available for long-term residents.
Our official opening ceremony will be Saturday, 20th September, with first arrivals from the 18th. To activate our permanent community, we’ll run our third popup—after Lisbon and Austin—from 18 Sep to 17 Oct.
This will coincide with The Network State Conference, Token2049, and more.
Ârc controls its own immigration to NS: you must be vouched for by me or another Ârc member. If you don’t know anyone, you must book a 1-on-1 call with me https://cal.com/j-arc/membership-interview to attend.
Prices are currently $1,845 for a shared room, $3,545 for a private room for the entire experience, all inclusive.
This includes full NS and Ârc membership, covering:
access to all core programming and spaces
3 meals a day
unlimited bottled water and coffee
multiple PT-led training classes daily
and more.
You won’t have to spend a single penny more during the month unless you choose to—on optional excursions or personal activities.
Notable exceptions are:
tickets to the Network State Conference and Token2049 which will be at your own cost.
Fiat purchases of access passes incur an additional $50 fee.
Price will go up $100/head a week from now on.
