If a conversation is a bridge and a particularly difficult part of that conversation a troll, then what does the troll represent? In this tech talk session we'll discuss how to deal with difficult conversations especially at the work place.
We'll apply the techniques to some examples to demonstrate how to tame difficult conversations quickly and remotely.
Our guidance here is inspired by the Non-Violent Communication principles on Observations, Feelings and Needs.
