Offering Description
In the classical teachings, a 'Householder' is one who chooses a path of awakening through the doorway of lay life. Home, work, relationships, family, and all that we might hold as our day-to-day life is included. Everything is welcomed into the practice. Everything is Dhamma.
Our daily lives will be weaved into this householder retreat form through the exploration of devotional practice. We will be invited into direct experience of the Sacred within our ordinary and wonderful life as it is. There will be guided practice, including chanting, bowing, and other devotional expressions, connection and discussion. This retreat is suitable for all levels of practice experience, and is welcome to anyone who wishes to deepen one's devotional heart in the midst of one's everyday life.
