This class will walk you through morning meditation, gentle stretch, and face yoga series for the upper, middle, and lower zones of your face.
The practice will energize, strengthen, and tone your face, and will provide a great stretch to align your body for balanced posture, and will include time to connect to your mind, body, and breath.
Take the time to give your soul the gift of this 30-minute class that will leave you feeling ready to move intentionally into the rest of your day.
The facial exercises help to stimulate facial muscles, tighten the skin and reduce signs of aging. By strengthening the muscles and engaging them in this gentle resistance training, you will increase circulation to the skin, improve complexion, and smooth wrinkles.
