As the year rocks on and Q2 is kicking off I want us to take a collective breather - ahhh - there we go! Mindful Moments is here to remind us to find some release daily. Introducing stress reduction practices into our everyday is essential in order to live a healthy and happy life. This session is here to help you reflect on how and what your personal stress reduction practices are and how you are feeling on this front. We will connect and inspire each other to enjoy our day-to-day lives through stress reduction. Come and reduce!

This workshop is for business owners to come together. We will ease in with an Instinctive Meditation practice and take time to journal with prompts relating to the topic. There will be time to share (totally optional) and at times we will also integrate the practice with some gentle movement practices. Get yourself set up in a comfortable spot, grab a journal, and bring an open heart.

NOTE: You DO NOT have to have clients or customers yet in order to participate. This is a space for personal reflection and as a self-employed person (to be) life and business tend to mix. Take what works and leave what doesn’t! You can participate as little or as much as you feel comfortable. I will NEVER call on anyone in this space 🙂
