​At 14.ai, we’re building an AI-native Zendesk alternative with a tightly-knit team, all under one roof. 🏠 This session will cover how we use Effect (Typescript framework), Cursor, Claude Code, and other frameworks and AI-native tools to move fast while keeping systems stable. We’ll walk through how we architect workflows for LLM agents that are testable, debuggable, and ready for production.
