Who is Anti-Overwhelm for?

This s the ideal coaching programme for you if you’re feeling squished by all the demands on your time and energy. Or you’ve just come through a difficult time, and you don’t want to feel like that again.

You're looking for a refreshing, uplifting way to change how you're feeling and to be able to take challenges in your stride.

How will Anti-Overwhelm help me?

I’ll guide you with my warm, refreshing blend of mindfulness, reflection, activities and conversation. You'll be supported to:

·     Get your energy levels up and your stress levels down

·     Deal with challenges in healthy ways

·     Talk about what you need and confidently set boundaries

·     Let go of the things/behaviours/beliefs that no longer help you

And ultimately, protect yourself against future risk of burnout.

How does Anti-Overwhelm work?

🚶‍♀️‍➡️🚶‍♂️‍➡️🚶‍➡️Limited to 3 people

🌳  Lunchtime walkshops on 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th July

🚶‍♂️Walk wherever you are (indoors or outdoors) and connect via Zoom

🎧Access to audio walks and Resilience Kit of postcards sent to you

☀️ Add a follow up one-to-one coaching session for an extra £75 per person. The usual cost is £100.

FAQs

Q: How many people will be in the group?

A:This programme is limited to 3 people. A minimum of 2 will need to sign up for the programme to run.

Q: What are the walkshop dates?

12-1pm (UK time) on 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th July 2024.

Q: Do I have to go for a walk?

A: Go for a walk outside with us if you can. You'll feel energised and able to think more openly and creatively. However, moving around or sitting while looking around inside is fine too. Go somewhere relatively quiet with good connectivity.

Q: Does walking online really work?

A: Yes! Each walkshop feels really warm and recharging. Plus, connecting online means that you can engage in whatever way or pace that works for you.

(Please note that Anti-Overwhelm isn't therapy or mental health treatment. However, it can work well to support you alongside therapy.)

​​👋 Hi, I’m Anise. Join me for Anti-Overwhelm Coaching and Wellbeing Walkshops (online and in person) that help you feel connected, supported and resilient.

You'll be in safe hands as I'm an accredited Resilience Dynamic practitioner and Mental Health First Aider with oodles of coaching qualifications.

When I'm not coaching or being with my family, you'll find me out wandering - usually in London parks. ☀️
